Intermission until July 19th

I was asked "why did you spell Adventures wrong?" and the answer was, "I did?" Maybe it was a mistake, just like Hanford. I look at the photos over the last 3 months and I am a little sad to have left. It was definitely an adventure, spelled just like you see it.

Since my last day things have been a little crazy. I got a job offer the next day (Friday) and had one week to sign up for "Vacation in Petaluma." This was all without an in-person interview. At the last minute we facebooked/googled the prospective boss' name. It was slightly discouraging. At least his facebook moniker isn't lil'princess (one of the applicants at Hanford was using this already). I'm not a lawyer, but this didn't look good:
"Accident Hole Haunts Safety Professional 10 years later because of Internet."

Whatever. Despite all the warning signs, we're going anyway. The worst thing that can happen is that I might have to quit. Again.
